After a long period of irritation, worry and freaking out over small things, I am 100% set for the 2009 baseball season at Yankee Stadium. Strangely, all it took was a simple e-mail to my ticket rep. After some communication back and forth with him about a week and a half ago, I got hooked up with an 11 game plan in section 417.
The pool process for partial plans saw many people get what they wanted (weekend plans), and after all the fuss and large number of upset people it really did calm down. That doesn’t mean this was handled right at all and it certainly took too long, but there were a lot more happy endings than first expected.
Now the next wait is for the tickets to actually arrive. Full season holders have already received their tickets, so it’s just the rest of us waiting.
